There is something spectacular that has been created from the Enlightened Goddesses members that I have been blessed to witness and also be a part of. I have been attending the Goddesses@Lunch events since they began and it has been mindblowing to watch each Goddess grow and develop in their own personal and business lives, and to also witness the unwavering support each Goddess has for the other. This year I aim to continue to help women connect and to help them find their own voice as I have been fortunate enough to find mine. It is my intent for the Caloundra event to be something that women look forward to attending each month and to create a safe space where like minded women can connect and create long lasting friendships.
I have been involved with Goddesses from the beginning. I have been blessed to be the Photographer for most of Natalie’s lunches and some of the other Goddess events over the past 2 years. From this opportunity my own business was created – Alicia Aberley Photography. After a few lunches I was promoted to ‘official’ Goddess Photographer. It was through this opportunity that I realised my passion and decided to expand into other areas of photography.
I look forward to meeting you soon. x Alicia

From the moment I attended my first Enlightened Goddess Lunch about 2 years ago, I knew that I had stumbled on to something that was very different in comparison to other networking events. I have worked in publishing, advertising and marketing for over 20 years, both in a corporate environment and as a business owner and I have been to about a million networking lunches in my time that left me with a hand full of business cards and an empty feeling. Sound familiar?
So what makes these events so different, I hear you ask?
Well, for a start, the Goddesses@Lunch and Goddesses@Brunch events allow for time to really connect and get to know not only the person next to you, but everyone in the room. I can honestly say that the connections that I have made through the Goddess events have allowed me and my business to grow in more ways than I can even mention. To start with, I found my ‘tribe’ – yes, I found a whole community of like minded women in business who wanted to collaborate not compete, who wanted to do business with soul and who had a genuine interest in helping each other be fabulous.
When Natalie McIvor approached me to become a Enlightened Goddess Event Manager, I was honoured (to say the least) and extremely excited at the prospect of bringing this amazingly supportive network to other areas – so brilliant women in business from all areas of the Sunshine Coast could be a part of Australia’s fastest growing business women’s network.
You will find the speakers always inspiring and informative and willing to share, not sell. You will have fun (because we know how hard you work). You will partake of a lovely meal and perhaps win a lucky door prize to boot! Oh, and when you become a member of the Enlightened Goddesses you will be able to profile your business across the entire network, be able to find other women who can help you in your business or can help you with personal growth / pampering / fitness – the list is endless!
I am so excited to be able to bring these events to Cooroy for the business women in the hinterland areas for Natalie (and maybe later, some other locations – stay tuned!). I look forward to meeting you. See you soon! Helen x
