    Happy New Year.

    Being new to blogging I have decided to take up the Ultimate Blog Challenge will you?

    I love the freshness of a new year. It is a great time to reflect on the year that has been and to do some “personal weeding” in all areas of your life.

    10 “weeding tips” for a healthier happier You are;

    1. Take a gentle detox of the mind and turn those negative thoughts into positive ones
    2. Treat your body to a gentle detox of a squeeze of lemon in water upon waking  and last thing at night
    3. Start your day with a few minutes of gentle stretching
    4. Sit in silence for at least 5 minutes each day to reflect upon the day you wish to create and to release the one you have had.
    5. Introduce fresh raw foods into your diet, healthy salads, fresh fruit salads and vege dishes
    6. Drink more water, at least 2 plus litres per day during summer
    7. Sleep more, take time out for nana naps
    8. Discover and participate in a new hobby that you have always wanted to try
    9. Connect with friends that stimulate, inspire and support you
    10. Love yourself more.

    In no time at all you will be reaping the benefits of all that you have created. A healthy happier you.

  1. Your 10 steps are so simple, but will make such a dramatic difference to people!
    I have never heard the term ‘nana nap’ before – it’s brilliant and has made me smile – I think that will be my new favourite phrase for the week… ha ha
